What does an implementation include?
Deployment, data migration, user training and go-live support, then ongoing support that keeps systems running as your business grows.
Do you implement Qlik, Tableau and Power BI?
Yes, as an independent provider. We deploy the BI tool you license, build its data models and dashboards, and train the people who use them. Product support for the tools themselves stays with each vendor.
Is data migration part of an implementation?
Yes. Deploy & Go Live, the fourth phase of our delivery method, covers deployment, data migration, user training and go-live support. Where master data needs governing as well as moving, DataCore adds approval control, duplicate detection and record matching.
Do you train our users?
